1. Confirm if Tineco's Cleaning Solution is being used or if another cleaning solution is being used.

•Please use Tineco's Cleaning Solution :1 bottle cap of solution in a full tank of the CWT  

2. Remove the brush roller and check if the brush roller holder is clogged, which may result in uneven drying.

•Please clean water sprayer locations with the attached 3 in 1 tools or with a tissue/a damp cloth.

•3.Verify if the floor is even or not(not appliable to uneven floor)
