Not Charging-Tineco

1. Verify if the temperature while charging is under 6-43°C (this is the safe operating temprature for the battery)

•Move the device and charger to an environment in which the temperature is between 6-43°C to charge properly.
2. Verify if charger is the original charger.

•Replace with original charger
3. Verify if the power voltage is in the: AC 100-240v range

•Use AC 100-240v power to charge
4. Confirm whether the main body and charging station are connected correctly.

•Refer to the picture to check and adjust the main body and charging station.
5. Confirm if charging pins have deformed.

If charging pins have deformed, then replace the charging base.
