Water leakage-Tineco

1. Confirm if the CWT is leaking.

Replace the CWT.
2. Confirm if the DWT cover is leaking or not.

Replace the top cover assembly of DWT.
3. Confirm if the HEPA filter is missing or not.

Reinstall HEPA.
4. Confirm if the DWT floater is stuck or not. Hair or solid debris can impede the floater.

Clean off dirt and debris on floater.
5. Verify whether the main body or the brush roller holder is leaking or not. The water pipe could be damaged.

Contact us and replace whole unit.
6.During self-cleaning, if exists water leaking from DWT.

Please keep HEPA air dried after eash wash.
