What is the voltage of the charger? Can you use a different charger?
The Tineco iFloor series uses 100-240V in its charger. We do not recommend using a different charger as that may not be compatible with the battery.
How much time does the iFloor 3 take to be fully charged?
The iFloor 3 takes around 4 hours to charge to full.
How long can the iFloor 3 work on a full charge?
The iFloor 3 has a Lithium-ion 21.6V 3000mAh battery that allows it to run 25 minutes depending on how often the floor washer is running on max power.
What is the suction power of the floor washer when sucking up water and debris?
Suction power for the floor washer ranges from 15-30AW (Air Watts) depending on how dirty the floor is.
How often I need to clean the brushroll?
We recommend cleaning the brushroll after each use.
How do you start self-cleaning mode?
To start the iFloor 3's self-cleaning mode, please follow the following steps: Always keep the floor washer plugged in. Place the floor washer on the storage tray. Empty the Dirty Water Tank. The Clean Water Tank should be at least 1/3 full of water. Press self-cleaning button at the top of the handle to start the brush roll self-cleaning mode. The floor washer will automatically shut off once finished. The entire self-cleaning process takes about 40 seconds.
How noisy is the floor washer?
The floor washer produces up to 78dBA of sound.
Can you use a third party cleaning solution?
It is not recommended to use a third party cleaning solution because the floor washer is designed to be used with the Tineco Cleaning Solution to optimize the amount of bubbles that are produced with cleaning solutions. Third party solutions can cause an over abundance of bubbles when cleaning that could fill up the Dirty Water Tank within minutes of use.
Can this be used for dry vacuuming? Can you just vacuum without using water?
The Ifloor / IFLOOR 3 can be used without water for dry vacuuming. Ideally you would want to use the Ifloor 3 with solution and water to automatically adjust solution and clean water flow to ensure an ideal cleaning result.
What kind of floors it can be used on?
The Ifloor series can be used on non-carpeted floor such as vinyl, tile, and sealed wood floors.
Do you have to vacuum an area first before using the Ifloor 3?
There is no need to vacuum an area first because the Ifloor 3 can vacuum and wash the floor simultaneously.
What is the difference between iFloor and iFloor 3?
iFloor 3 is updated version of hard floor washer based on the iFloor model. It has about 3.7 times more suction power and 100% higher brush roller power compared to the iFloor so it can achieve better cleaning results.
